You may also choose to provide your Aadhaar information for identity verification purposes. Aadhaar verification is carried out by our verification partner appointed by us time to time. When verifying Aadhaar details, we may receive information regarding your age, gender, and Aadhaar linked phone number. Please note that for identification purposes, you may also choose to provide other identification documents such as passport, PAN card, driving license, etc.

2. Storage and Security of Information Collected
We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your personal information and to protect your personal information against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. All the information collected by us is stored and backed up in a database. We have monitoring and health check services enabled which helps us in observing abnormal activities, if any, at the application server level. We adopt adequate measures to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information.
In case of any unforeseeable data breach, we are notified by database which enables us to take necessary actions to identify and shutdown in order to contain data leaks and/or quarantine the infected files/data within the specific servers. Additionally, we endeavour to promptly notify you of any breach of your information and the steps taken by us to contain the said breach.
3. Disclosures and Transfer of Information
We do not share any personal information to any third-party without your permission. All sensitive personal information that we collect may be disclosed or transferred only under the following circumstances, to the entities/individuals identified below:

Disclosures to Personnel: Our personnel from the Human Resources department, our personnel from Business and Operations department, and our personnel from the Finance department for facilitating the processing payments.

4. Your Rights
You have the following rights under this Privacy Policy:
Right of Access, Modification and Deletion: You can access your personal information at any time to review any personal information that you have shared. You can modify your personal information that has been found to be inaccurate during this review. You may also request the deletion of any sensitive personal information that you have provided to us, by sending an email to the Grievance Officer mentioned below.
Please note however that this may affect our ability to process or enable Interactions and may therefore lead to the discontinuation of those Interactions for which this personal information was being used for, at our sole discretion.
5. Children Restriction
Our Services not directed to children under 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at kawanbumi@gmail.com. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16, will delete such information from our files as soon as reasonably practicable.
